The launch was announced by MosBuild’s Event Director, Yakov Syromyatnikov, as part of the I-Design Awards 2019, which honours achievements in architecture and interior design in the Urals. 250 works were submitted, and the three winners were invited to MosBuild as speakers in the Design Area.
Following last year’s successful regional programme, this year the scheme expands the focus from interior design to include architecture too.
The programme gives an audience of professionals the opportunity to learn about the best interiors and architectural solutions, trends, and modern technologies first-hand from renowned designers, architects and manufacturers throughout the year. It allows professionals thousands of kilometres from Moscow the opportunity to be a part of the huge professional community surrounding MosBuild.
This is the fundamentals of MosBuild – the biggest build and interiors event in Russia – to bring together the community working in the industry for four days of business, networking, learning, sharing, and making connections. MosBuild serves as a key platform for professional communication for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, retailers, buyers, and specifiers such as designers and architects.
MosBuild’s regional programme aims to involve the entire industry community across Russia’s many regions. As a result of last year’s programme, over 1,000 designers attending different events in the Russian regions and MosBuild 2019 saw visitor numbers from the regions grow 13%.
